Enrollment for 2026-27
We are fully enrolled for the 2025-26 school year.
Applications for the 2026-27 school year are now being accepted. In order to apply, your child’s date of birth must be between September 2, 2021 and September 2, 2024.
This is how our enrollment process works:
Step 1: Tour. You are encouraged to bring your child with you on the tour to see how your child interacts with our environment. Tours will be held on the following dates:
Friday, January 9 at 9am
Saturday, January 24 at 9am
Friday, February 6 at 9am
Step 2: Application. Fill out our application and submit the $15 application fee so that we can get to know your family. Please be thorough with your application. Applications are due by March 8, 2026.
Step 3: Enrollment. Families will be notified on March 15, 2026 of their enrollment status. A non-refundable deposit of last month’s tuition is required to secure your spot upon enrollment acceptance.

2026-27 Tuition
The school year runs mid-August to the end of May. Mondays are spent in Briones Regional Park, Alhambra Creek Staging Area. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are at our family home in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Martinez. Our calendar mirrors that of Martinez Unified School District. The 2026-27 school year calendar will be posted in the new year.
In order to make our program available to more families, we offer a sliding scale. Families are trusted to choose what feels appropriate and comfortable to contribute to our program based on their family’s income. Our sliding scale is offered at $9000-$11500 per school year. Tuition is split into 10 monthly payments ($900-$1150 per month) from August 2026 through May 2027. Tuition is due monthly on the 1st of each month. A non-refundable deposit of last month’s tuition is required to secure your spot upon enrollment acceptance. An annual supply fee of $250 is due with the first tuition payment on August 1.
